Belinda is a senior communications and engagement specialist with more than 20 years’ experience in public and private sector organisations, managing key stakeholders and communities potentially impacted by major infrastructure and/or amenity change.

She has demonstrated experience on major government infrastructure projects where she has successfully managed stakeholder and community relations as part of the early planning, development and approvals phase.
