Laura Giltrap is a skilled stakeholder engagement and social development specialist with more than 15 years’ experience delivering strategic advisory services, community engagement, and social policy analysis across Australia and the Pacific.

She has worked in senior leadership roles in the Australian Government and with multilateral agencies, including the Asian Development Bank and UNICEF, delivering inclusive engagement strategies, community consultation processes, effective facilitation and risk assessments for complex infrastructure and policy initiatives.
